Our policy of washing each customer’s order separately will continue as always. 

 

All your laundry must be sorted as you would like them washed, prior to being picked up.

 

All items of clothing must be unballed, eg socks, shirts, etc.  We will not unball, sort, or shake out any laundry.  We will load the laundry directly into our washers as they are given to us.

 

Your order must be placed in disposable bags and sealed with your name attached on the outside. 

 

Apparently the coronavirus is killed off by high heat.  We will not be offering Low Heat Dry service until the coronavirus has been brought under control. Please remove any items requiring low heat dry from your order prior to pickup. 

 

Our driver may arrive wearing gloves and a mask.
