Do you offer pick-up and delivery services?

Yes, DML offers Next Business Day Pickup and Delivery Service. You can place your order online at order.domylaundry.ca.

What is the process for using your wash and fold laundry service?

DML owns and operates our laundry facility, and your laundry is never contracted out. We control the quality standards from start to finish. Our energy-efficient commercial washers and dryers ensure reliable performance. We are the first and only laundry service in Toronto to own and use a state-of-the-art Ozone Laundry System, which sanitizes 100% of the laundry we process.

How do I know what detergent and other laundry products you will use on my clothes?

All DML customers have the choice of our standard laundry detergent and softeners or for anyone who has skin sensitivities or allergies, choose our Iso-Wash Laundry Service (fragrance free, dye free, hypoallergenic detergent and softener).

Can you accommodate special laundry requests or instructions?

We can accommodate all reasonable special requests. We are limited by the safe and efficient usage of our equipment, personnel, and resource limitations.

How do I pay for your services?

Payments can be made by logging in (same place you placed your order), select My Orders, then Pay. Payment can be made by e-transfer, all major credit cards, DML Gift Card, Visa Debit, and PayPal.

How do I schedule a pick-up or delivery?

Visit the DoMyLaundry.ca website and select Book Now from any page. Returning customers select Login. Follow the instructions to place your order. Check your email for your order confirmation.

What is your policy on lost or damaged items?

Please help reduce the risk of losing items by labeling all bags sent to us with your name and ensuring they are closed. Should you not receive your entire order, let us know within 7 days. We will check to see if any packages are still in our possession and communicate our findings to you. Usually missing bags get resolved the same business day.

Do you offer discounts or promotions?

Our very best prices are available through our Flexible Laundry Plans, including Student Plans that save up to 10%.

   We have been using Do My Laundry since Covid. At that time they were the only laundry service who would take us. Ever since they have been loyally doing our laundry.    Taking care of my mom with alzheimers, diabetes, arthritis and an etcetera amount of other stuff can be challenging while operating a successful small business... Who's got time to do laundry though, right? Thank God for DoMyLaundry. I hope they realize how much easier they've made my life. I can't thank them enough (believe me, I've tried).    Used the wash and fold service for several loads of sheets, 3 duvet covers and 3 queen size duvets when my washing machine broke. Quick, easy, cost effective and excellent service. I would use Do My Laundry again. I also included a coat for dry cleaning To be honest, I didn't ask for a quote beforehand and I found this more expensive than my usual drycleaners.
