Yes, DML offers Next Business Day Pickup and Delivery Service. You can place your order online at order.domylaundry.ca.

What is the process for using your wash and fold laundry service?

DML owns and operates our laundry facility, and your laundry is never contracted out. We control the quality standards from start to finish. Our energy-efficient commercial washers and dryers ensure reliable performance. We are the first and only laundry service in Toronto to own and use a state-of-the-art Ozone Laundry System, which sanitizes 100% of the laundry we process.

How do I know what detergent and other laundry products you will use on my clothes?

All DML customers have the choice of our standard laundry detergent and softeners or for anyone who has skin sensitivities or allergies, choose our Iso-Wash Laundry Service (fragrance free, dye free, hypoallergenic detergent and softener).

Can you accommodate special laundry requests or instructions?

We can accommodate all reasonable special requests. We are limited by the safe and efficient usage of our equipment, personnel, and resource limitations.

How do I pay for your services?

Payments can be made by logging in (same place you placed your order), select My Orders, then Pay. Payment can be made by e-transfer, all major credit cards, DML Gift Card, Visa Debit, and PayPal.

How do I schedule a pick-up or delivery?

Visit the DoMyLaundry.ca website and select Book Now from any page. Returning customers select Login. Follow the instructions to place your order. Check your email for your order confirmation.

What is your policy on lost or damaged items?

Please help reduce the risk of losing items by labeling all bags sent to us with your name and ensuring they are closed. Should you not receive your entire order, let us know within 7 days. We will check to see if any packages are still in our possession and communicate our findings to you. Usually missing bags get resolved the same business day.

Do you offer discounts or promotions?

Our very best prices are available through our Flexible Laundry Plans, including Student Plans that save up to 10%.

I hired Do My Laundry for a rental building I own with 12 units, while our laundry room was out of service due to construction. We scheduled Thursday AM pick up for all the units. More often than not, the laundry was cleaned and returned later that afternoon. The service is efficient, well priced and was a life saviour during the time where we didn't have access to our in-house machines. I wouldn't hesitate to use the service again or to recommend Do My Laundry to others.

I used DoMyLaundry.ca because I had an insanely busy week - I have always been hesitant to use a laundry service because of the cost. I have to say the prices are clear, and reasonable. To do two weeks worth of laundry for two people, including bedding, and dog blankets the total cost was about 90$ but the time and convenience more than make up for it. I had my laundry picked up on friday morning and it was delivered the next day (although communicated to me that normally it would be next business day) I will definitely use the service again when life gets busy.

I recently used domylaundry to dry clean some shirts for work and I was not disappointed! They offered a pick up and drop off service which made it very convenient for me as it was picked up and dropped off at my work place. I was able to retrieve my clothing faster than ever before because I wasn't racing the clock to get to a location before they closed. The service I received was 10/10 and I would recommend domylaundry to anyone! Not only do they dry clean but the do regular laundry as well!! To add the cherry on top they are environmentally friendly and leave my shirts feeling much better against my sensitive skin.

I used DoMyLaundry for the first time this week and I am not disappointed. This was an easy, uncomplicated transaction and the very sympatico Marcia arrived on time to pick up my laundry. Payment was also made easy by providing an e-transfer option. I received a text from Henri containing weight and cost information on the evening of the pickup and my clothes we delivered the next day. Marcia called ahead to give me the heads up. No fuss. My stuff was nicely folded and smelling fresh. I even got a complimentary laundry bag (a really nice one too!!), with my address tag on it. We will be doing business again, and again....
