DML owns and operates our laundry facility. Your laundry is never contracted out. We control the quality standard from end to end. We use Energy efficient commercial washers and dryers. We further protect all our customers by being the first (and only) laundry service in Toronto to own and use a State of the Art Ozone Laundry System to sanitize 100% of all laundry processed.

All DML customers have the choice of our standard laundry detergent and softeners or for anyone who have skin sensitivities or allergies, choose our Iso-Wash Laundry Service (fragrance free, dye free, hypoallergenic detergent and softener)

We can accommodate all reasonable special requests. We are limited by the safe and efficient usage of our equipment, personnel, and resource limitations.

Payments can be made by logging in (same place you placed your order), select My Orders, then, Pay. Payment can be made by e transfer, all major credit cards, DML Gift Card, Visa Debit, and PayPal

Please help us reduce the risk of loosing items by labeling all bags sent to us with your name and ensuring they are closed. Although this is an extremely rare occurrence, should you not receive your entire order, let us know ASAP (please do so within 7 days). We will check to see if any packages are still in our possession and communicate our findings to you. Usually missing bags get resolved the same business day.
