How It Works
Getting Started with DML Laundry Credits
- Register for DML Household Laundry Credits
- Choose the plan that suits you best
- Log in and place your 1st laundry order (let us know if you would like pickup on the same day each week)
Weekly
- Fill and close your reusable DML laundry bag (approx. 20lbs). Our driver will be there to get it!
- DML will deduct the credits required to process your order automatically
- Get ready for your clean clothes to be delivered
If you have more than 1 DML reusable bag full, what happens? You have two options: either keep the excess until the following week, send 2 or more reusable DML Laundry Bags, or if it is a small amount, place them in a disposable bag with your name attached. If the extras amount to less than a bag full, we will apply the preferred rate and deduct it from your credits automatically. Use your DML Laundry Credits whenever you want!

Step 1: You Schedule your Pickup
Place your order online.
Step 2: We Pickup your Dirty Laundry
Fill, close and make sure that your name is on all your bags. Our Team will pickup your laundry bags, process it, upload your invoice, and schedule delivery as soon as payment is verified.
Step 3: We Deliver your Clean Laundry
You will receive your clean clothes neatly folded and ready to be put away. No more spending your precious time on tedious laundry tasks.
