My mental health has, understandably, taken a dive during this difficult time. One morning I looked at my piles of laundry and wanted to cry. I found Do My Laundry  just randomly on a search, and took a chance. What I got was a wonderful experience in customer service. My laundry was done in record time and delivered earlier than predicted by cheerful and helpful people. I highly recommend Do My Laundry to anyone who needs a break and is looking for ways to ease their mental load just a little bit. The bonus is that it is a local and independent business! Do it. I used DoMyLaundry.ca because I had an insanely busy week - I have always been hesitant to use a laundry service because of the cost. I have to say the prices are clear, and reasonable. To do two weeks worth of laundry for two people, including bedding, and dog blankets the total cost was about 90$ but the time and convenience more than make up for it. I had my laundry picked up on friday morning and it was delivered the next day (although communicated to me that normally it would be next business day) I will definitely use the service again when life gets busy.

Excellent service A broken laundry machine and back-ordered parts meant I had to find a laundry service quickly. Reading reviews it was clear Do My Laundry was the top choice. What a relief finding this service has been. I very quickly needed to get most the laundry in my apartment done shortly after the holidays, even stuff in the closet, and they picked up most of my wardrobe and linen and had them returned clean and fresh right on time, despite how much extra I'd loaded onto them. She was fantastic, friendly & observed all the protocols. We were so impressed. This is the first time we are using your services and we are blown away. Do My Laundry has legitimately made my life better. I cannot express what a relief it is to be able to trust a service with my clothes. They are extraordinarily friendly and a joy to work with -- I have joked that the most relentlessly positive relationship is the text history with Do My Laundry. DoMyLaundry.ca and Marci are offering a tremendous pick up laundry service. All my questions initially where enthusiastically answered. I received notices as to when my laundry was picked up and when it was dropped off. My instructions regarding pick up and delivery where followed meticulously. Thank you so much for your service (: I had about 35 lbs of laundry and paid about $95.00. Payment was easy online. I also accidentally booked for the wrong day, and your phone attendant called me 7am that morning to confirm with me and really saved me so thank you for that! Ok, First let me say that Marcia is such a professional, caring and understanding person.  Not to mention that all of my laundry came back perfectly folded and  perfectly cleaned!  She helped me so much during a really hard time.  Earlier this year, for the first time ever. I used her services.  You see  my mom was diagnosed with stage 4 bone cancer and I had to go be with her in Ottawa for a while.  The week before that, I had given Marcia a tone of clothes ( my moms, my two childrens and mine) to wash. The plan was that I would be away for only a week, but it ended up being almost a month.  All that time Marcia kept the clothes for me and told me to take care of my mom and not to worry.  She said that she would keep my clothes until I would get back.  She didn’t even charge me for storage!  It is rare in this life to find a business person to have such a trusting caring heart.  My mom is not out of the woods yet.  She is still in hospital and has been in and out of the ICU at Princes Margaret Cancer centre.  I have been meaning to write a review since this summer but I have been so busy taking care of my mom.  She needs 24 hour care.  Once again, Marcia proved to be that amazingly professional, caring and understanding person. Today I required her services again and without any reservations she came and picked up a tone of my family’s clothes. This time some of my dads, my moms, my sisters mine and my two kids.  Most other businesses would probably have said that they would not do business  with me again, since it took almost an entire month for Marcia to have to store all my clothes and receive payment. But she didn’t do that. She just said yes I will pick up the clothes and bring them back on Monday.  I will keep on using her services and I will 1000% recommend her services to everyone. Marcia and her team at DoMyLaundry are professional, quick to respond, and always on time. I primarily use their dry cleaning service, which has proven a godsend due to our busy schedules. The team picks up our dry cleaning right from our front porch and drops it off a few days later before we head out the door for work. Their extended hours of pick-up/drop-off make a huge difference. Since Starting the service I have had extra time for my family and myself.   Every mom should should give this service a try,  its very affordable, and  you never have to remember to change the laundry.  The kids don't run out of clean undies because there was no time to do laundry or you just didn't do it. Another plus is the hydro, water and gas bills are significantly lower. I placed an order for the first time with DoMyLaundry.ca on Wednesday afternoon.  On Thursday morning my laundry was picked up and to my surprise, I received a call that my laundry was being delivered the same day on Thursday afternoon.  I was very pleased with their services, their professionalism and courtesy. A BIG thank you to Antonia, Shaun (who picked up my laundry this morning) and to the gentleman (my husband didn't get his name) who delivered our laundry this afternoon. Marcia answered my distressed phone call late Friday night and was helpful and professional b/c renos have left us without any laundry facilities.  She was on time for pick up on Saturday and, to my disbelief, delivered all 50+lbs of laundry back to us on Saturday evening, well ahead of what I was expecting. Wow!! Used the wash and fold service for several loads of sheets, 3 duvet covers and 3 queen size duvets when my washing machine broke. Quick, easy, cost effective and excellent service. I cannot say enough amazing things about this company!  Marcia and her team are dedicated to my business 150%.  They go above and beyond to make sure my busy massage therapy clinic is always freshly stocked and never in need.  Even on a Sunday night when we had no clean sheets, this woman came through with an emergency delivery and made sure we were taken care of! Wow!! The customer service I received from Marcia was absolutely incredible! She picked up my laundry in the AM and returned it same day even though I didn’t require same day service. The ISO wash (for sensitive skin) product is worth the extra cost. I can’t say enough about DoMyLaundry. I have told all of my friends and colleagues about you Marcia. I will be returning. Struggling with unmasked seniors in my building in a small laundry room is too stressful for a high risk person like me during COVID, so I called Do My Laundry, and though it's pricey for me the results are worth it.  I'd used them before and was pleased to use them again.  Henri is terrific, Marcia sorted out our emails that were criss-crossing each other, Tracey the deliverer was efficient, and even returned things beautifully laundered, folded, packaged and smelling sweet the same day. When we decided it was time to have our laundry done by an outside service, about four or five years ago, we checked out the available Toronto services and were deeply impressed by the positive reputation Do My Laundry had achieved. Once I spoke with the people at DML and learned that it was a family owned and operated, I was sold. Since the very first order, I was convinced DML was the laundry I wanted to trust with my laundry needs. From my laundry being picked up and returned by an always cheery person, to the clean, neatly folded items, the process is easy and always results in extremely great results. I am so happy that I found this service. I called and asked for a quote and it was so reasonable that I took our laundry there straight away. For the amount of clothing we had the price was great. Really appreciate this service. Always on time, clothes are always clean, when I’m running behind (a couple times I forgot to put my laundry in the bag so they had to wait) they are always polite about it. I’ve dealt with Matthew and Kimesha and they have both been wonderful! Edit (June 2026): I cannot thank the DML team enough. While recovering from a concussion, I couldn't use the computer or manage laundry. I sent a voice-to-text email, and the staff graciously handled the entire booking for me. Had a great experience today with this company.  I had run out of clean linens for my Health and Wellness Clinic and my sheet provider was not open. I hired Do My Laundry for a rental building I own with 12 units, while our laundry room was out of service due to construction.  We scheduled Thursday AM pick up for all the units.  More often than not, the laundry was cleaned and returned later that afternoon.  The service is efficient, well priced and was a life saviour during the time where we didn't have access to our in-house machines. Taking care of my mom with alzheimers, diabetes, arthritis and an etcetera amount of other stuff can be challenging while operating a successful small business... Amazing service. DoMyLaundry is literally my favorite company ever. I tried a terrible service called "Laundry Concierge", 7 days later and a poorly designed website they still haven't returned my clothing. By far, this is the place to go for laundry services! Perfectly located and easy to find. Owners are friendly, interesting and classy. The people working there are kind and efficient, and there is always lots of laughter and good music (I care about such details). Most importantly, the place is clean, and, should you choose wash and fold, your laundry is expertly folded and bagged (I had to see for myself how this was done, and no, I can’t duplicate it), and returned to you quickly. They offer unscented laundry care as well for those with sensitive skin, the ability to pay remotely, pick up/delivery, and even big bags to purchase for laundry transport. All of these details are vitally important as a person with a very demanding career and businesses and a family and home to care for. I had never done laundry service before and felt that this offering was for “others”: perhaps wealthier people, or those who just had no interest in housework; I was wrong, this is for everyone, and everyone is welcome.
